AnnMar Consulting LLC was founded on a deep understanding of what it takes to run a successful clinical research operation. We started as operations consultants, helping research sites navigate the complex world of site startups — from GCP compliance and SOP development to PI acquisition and team assembly.

Through that work, we saw the same challenge at every site: finding qualified clinical research professionals who truly understand the operational realities of trial management. Generalist staffing agencies treated CRC positions like generic administrative roles. They could not tell the difference between a CRA with site monitoring experience and one who had only done remote reviews.

So we built a specialized recruitment arm. We combined our operational consulting expertise with AI-powered screening to create a talent acquisition service that speaks the language of clinical trials. When a site director needs a CRC who can handle SAE reporting for an oncology Phase III with Medidata Rave, we know exactly what that means — because we have done that work ourselves.

Today, AnnMar Consulting operates two integrated service pillars: Operations Consulting for sites that need help building or optimizing their research infrastructure, and Talent Acquisition for sites that need the right people to run it. Our consulting background is our recruitment advantage, and our recruitment insight strengthens our consulting.
